If we have a known outage of any sort, we'll put a notice of it here -- and also when we've taken care of it.

Date Description
2009-05-05 Cow Mountain AP reported down by several customers. AP was reset shortly after midnight and returned to normal operation.
2009-05-1110AM:  our bandwidth shaper at the office began runing extremely slowly.  After isolating the equipment responsible, it was cut out of the circuit until we can determine the cause and repair it.

NOTE:  without this equipment running, customers on wireless may see some delays if other customers are performing large downloads.  This should not be a significant problem, unless we get some very greedy bandwidth hogs.
2009-05-28Backhaul link to our Black Bart AP failed.  Without a spare 5.8GHz backhaul unit, we temporarily placed a 2.4GHz radio as a backhaul, and have a 5.8 on order for replacement.  Until the new unit arrives, customers operating off of Black Bart may notice lower throughput and some delays.
