Pacific Internet is offering wireless Internet access in many parts of Ukiah and its surrounding areas.

To get signed up, stop by our office, or email us with your name & address. We'll do a preliminary site survey, and let you know if the service is possible in your area. Pricing information is available here.

If service is available at your location, we'll ask you to read & sign a contract for wireless service. Then, we'll do a more detailed site survey if needed. We can give you a written report that says what equipment you'll need, and how you should set it up to make it work.

Next, you'll need to purchase and install the equipment. Most installations will require a roof mounted external antenna. While we can help with the software and computer configuration, we do not do roof mounted antenna and cable installation. You can do the installation yourself (we can provide you with written instructions), or installation help may be available from several local electronics/wireless companies not affiliated with Pacific Internet.
