Pacific Internet wireless coverage area -- Ukiah area APs

Pacific Internet has several wireless access points around the Ukiah valley.  At least one of them is visible from most locations in the Ukiah area.  However, keep in mind that trees and other obstructions will block the radio signal -- you need a direct line-of-sight to the access point in order to connect.  The access points are:

At our office (105 W. Clay St.)
(shown as "mainbridge2" in map picture)

West Hills (1/3 up hill above end of Gobbi St.)
(shown as "westbridge" in map picture)

East (on knoll just south of Coyote Dam)
(shown as "eastbridge" in map picture)

Perkins (on hill above east end of Perkins St.)
(shown as "perkinsbridge" in map picture)

Black Bart (on Black Bart Trail in Redwood Vly)
(not shown on map)

Note: the label "eldoradobridge" on the map refers to an access point which is no longer used.

Our coverage area ranges from Burke Hill in the south to Redwood Valley Cellars in the north.  (Currently, topography cuts off most of northern Redwood Valley from our Black Bart access point, as there is a small hill on the north side of that location.)

If you have any questions about whether or not you lie within our coverage area, email us or call the office at 707-468-1005.  We can check your address on a map or satellite photo to get a general idea, or set up an appointment for a site survey to find out for certain.
