Coverage Area

Pacific Internet has several wireless access points around the Ukiah valley.  At least one of them is visible from most locations in the Ukiah area.  However, keep in mind that trees and other obstructions will block the radio signal -- you need a direct line-of-sight to the access point in order to connect.  The access points are:

At our office
105 W. Clay St., Ukiah
(shown as "Main" in map picture)

West
1/3 up hill above end of Gobbi St.

East
On a small knoll just south of Coyote Dam

Perkins
On the hill above the east end of Perkins St., where it turns left toward Vichy Springs / Redemeyer Rd.

Black Bart
On Black Bart Trail on the ridge above the east side of  Redwood Valley

Solar
On Fetzer's Butler Ranch property near Burke Hill, south of town

Cow Mountain (not shown)
At the TIA television translator site.  Generally provides coverage  to the southern part of the valley -- the northern end of the coverage area is approximately Gobbi St. in Ukiah.

Our total coverage area ranges from Burke Hill in the south to Redwood Valley Cellars in the north.  (Currently, topography cuts off most of northern Redwood Valley from our Black Bart access point, as there is a small hill on the north side of that location.)

If you have any questions about whether or not you lie within our coverage area, email us or call the office at 707-468-1005.  We can check your address on a map or satellite photo to get a general idea, or set up an appointment for a site survey to find out for certain.
